The Spanish Bogaris Group strengthens its market position by announcing a strategic expansion with more than 25 new commercial real estate projects. This expansion includes developments with a total leasable area of 237,000 m², featuring key projects such as the San Lorenzo del Escorial Commercial Park and the Alcalá de Henares Commercial Park. With an already accumulated portfolio of 833,000 m² of retail spaces, Bogaris demonstrates its strong market potential and confidence in the retail real estate market, despite current economic challenges.

Bogaris’ Strategic Commercial Real Estate Development

The Spanish Bogaris Group is substantially expanding its commercial real estate portfolio with 25 new projects, covering a total leasable area of 237,000 m² [1]. Among the most advanced development projects are the San Lorenzo del Escorial Commercial Park with 16,000 m², the Alcalá de Henares Commercial Park with 22,150 m², and the second phase of the Sevilla Norte Commercial Park with 16,800 m² [1].

Extensive Retail Experience

Bogaris has an impressive track record in the retail real estate sector, with an accumulated portfolio of over 75 retail projects collectively spanning 833,000 m² of leasable area [1]. Prominent references include the Torrecárdenas Shopping Centre in Almería, the Reino de León Commercial Park in León, and the Sevilla Norte Commercial Park, where Costco Wholesale serves as the anchor tenant [1].

Diversification Beyond Retail

In addition to commercial real estate, Bogaris also has significant activities in other sectors. In the industrial-logistics sector, the company has developed infrastructures for internationally leading enterprises, such as an 18,000 m² factory for Schott and a 70,000 m² logistics platform for Carrefour [1]. Moreover, the company is active in tourist developments, particularly a large-scale project of 1,071,000 m² in Estepona, Málaga [1].
